The park is located in central Poland just 8 km from Lodz, adjacent to the A2 (east-west) highway and 3 km from planned junction with A1 (north-south) highway.

The 87 hectare business park provides up to 400,000 sq.m. of warehousing and light industrial space. Units from 2,500 sq m can be designed and built to suit occupiers’ specific requirements, including mezzanine office space if required. The Park features wide internal roads and manoeuvring areas as well as generous truck parking and the possibility of a rail connection.
